Supercharged Salsa with Ground Flaxseed Ingredients: 1/2 cup (125 mL) your favourite salsa 1/2 cup (125 mL) light (5% fat) sour cream 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of mashed chipotle pepper in adobe sauce* 2 Tbsp (25 mL) ground flaxseed
