Creamy Mango Smoothie

Quick and easy smoothie with tofu, milk, mango and flaxseed oil!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250 mL) peach mango flavoured tofu
  • 1 cup (250 mL) 1% milk
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) flaxseed oil
1 cup peach mango flavoured tofu1 cup 1% milk1 large ripe mango, peeled and pitted4 tsp flaxseed oil

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add tofu, milk, mango and flaxseed oil.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 smoothies.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup (375 mL). Each serving contains 1/4 tsp (1 mL) of flaxseed oil.
